British Bramley apples and local Hunts Wobbler cider combined with sultanas and ground spices. Slightly sharp, tangy, and lightly spiced, it’s the perfect pairing for Sharpham cheese, also good with cold meats & pies.

Combined with ground spices and sultanas, it’s slightly sharp, tangy, and lightly spiced. Hunts medium-sweet ‘Wobbler’ cider and tart Bramley apple pair beautifully with rich, oozy Sharpham Camembert. Try dropping a spoonful on top before baking until the topping is sticky and the centre is perfectly gooey.

Celebrating over 40 years of artisan cheesemaking, Sharpham Dairy handmake a range of award-winning English cheeses in the rolling South Devon countryside close to the River Dart. Cheesemaking began in 1982, just over the hill from the current dairy, on the Sharpham Estate. It was the brainchild of the estate owner and environmentalist Maurice Ash. Nowadays, Sharpham Dairy is owned by another local family, the Parsons, who are equally passionate about British cheese, the environment and their Devon home.
